5th blog (late)

At this point in time, I had just had my written description done. I was about to post this that day, but the internet went down, mid-post, so I lost it. Ever since, It's never crossed my mind to rewrite it, but I'm remembering now. Today I am feeling pretty sick, and I don't know if I can make it to school today..

7th blog

The most chalenging aspect of this unit was researching and learning about this art piece. Yahoo and google helped me learn about my art piece more. What didn't work well for me in this project was finishing eveything on time, and doing the powerpoint. The project is ok, but I haven't enoyed too much of it. Some though was allright, like learning about the artist, but I'm not a huge fan of presenting things. Oh well..

So far, my project is going ok, but a little behind schedule, due to the internet failing on tuesday. Just as I was about to save my Final draft, as well as my 5th blog, it timed out and I lost it all. So I will work on that now, and I guess i will have to do the power point over the weekend, on my mac.

Today I learned about this artist and painting more I used Google and yahoo to help me search for information. I'm moving at a good pace, allthough I could not not find out how to put the picture on my blog... My next step is to write my rough draft.

3rd blog

My art piece that I am going to do has already been told to you. It seems so be an spot on on dedcribing the cultutre from what I have to see. I hope to learn more than I am no...I will likley just do more reseach on the artist on Thursday, to try to get to know him better

Sources for art research

I used the search engines Yahoo and Kartoo. I learned a lot from Yahoo, and I found Kartoo a bit confusing. I learned a lot about what this picture is of in real life, its significance, and about the artist and his career. My painting that i chose was The Gulf of Marseilles by Ce' Zanne.

Art Project

Thus far I have not yet chosen my art piece. I have narrowed it down to about two different choices. I will pick probably today or maybe tomorrow. I hope I do a good job on it, and can learn from the experience.
